Equipment Needed:
Tour Cars:  Minimum of 10 cars, preferably have 15-20 in case of breakdowns

Horses: To cater to guests wanting to take the scenic tour. Need at least 30 horses

Tour Boats: At least 5 boats with capacity of 80 people. Preferably have 5-7 boats for the ocean tour

Wireless Microphones: So that the tour guides can announce sights on the tour

Stables: For the horses during the day


Space Needed:

 - Parking for the cars
 - Parking for the boats
 - Housing for the horses
 - Waiting room for customers
 - Restrooms
 - Concessions
